 The glue applied on the gaskets leaves traces of

grease on the glass. Before using the appliance, we

recommend you remove these with a special non-

abrasive cleaning product. During the first few hours

of use there may be a smell of rubber which will

disappear very quickly.

 A few seconds after the hob is connected to the

electricity supply, a buzzer will sound. The hob may

now be switched on.

Switching the oven on for the first time

After the appliance has been connected to the

electricity supply, the first time it is switched on a

list of languages appears. To set the desired

language select it using the

and buttons at the

side of the display. The character in bold indicates

which language has been selected. To confirm press

the OK button.

Once the selection has been made, the display will

show the following parameters:

LANGUAGE Language selection

KEY TONE Control panel volume adjustment

CONTRAST Contrast adjustment

FINE TUNING Power level adjustment (6 or 12)

TIMER Timer setting function

EXIT Exit the main menu

Key tone

Enables the volume of the control panel to be adjusted.

To set the desired level, select a value using the

and buttons at the side of the display and press

the OK button to confirm. There are 3 available

options:

OFF: volume off (although the buzzer remains active).

MIN: minimum volume.

MAX: maximum volume.

Contrast

Enables the contrast of the display to be adjusted.

To set the desired brightness level, select a value

using the

and buttons at the side of the display

and press the OK button to confirm. There are 6

different brightness levels to choose from.

Fine tuning

Enables the number of the power level for each

cooking zone to be adjusted.

To set the desired level, select a value using the

and buttons at the side of the display and press the

OK button to confirm. There are 2 available options:

6: the power level indicator will be divided into 6

equal parts.

12: the power level indicator will be divided into 12

equal parts.

Timer

Enables the timer to be set independently of the

cooking zone operation. Adjust the minutes by

pressing the

and buttons and press OK to confirm.

The timer begins counting down immediately. When

the set time period has elapsed a buzzer will sound

(for 1 minute).

 During the setting process, press the

and

buttons at the side of the display to reset the time

value to zero.

 The modification of the general operating

parameters of the hob may only take place when the

hob is switched on and the

buttons

at the side of the display are not lit up. Press the

and buttons at the side of the display to access

the options detailed above.

Switching on the hob

To switch the hob on, press and hold the button

for approximately one second.

Switching on the cooking zones

Each cooking zone is controlled by a device

consisting of two buttons (

and ) at the side of

the power level indicator.

 Press the

button to activate the hotplate, then

set the power to the level required using the

and buttons.

 To set the power to maximum, hold down the

button briefly.

Booster function

The booster function may be used to shorten heating-

up times. It is activated by pressing the

button.
