Technical description of the cooking zones
Halogen heating elements
This type of element emits heat via radiation from the halogen lamp it contains. It has similar properties to a gas
burner: this type of element is easy to control and reaches set temperatures quickly, allowing you to actually
see the power it is providing.
Radiant heating elements
This type of element is composed of a series of coils, which allows heat to be distributed evenly at the base of
the cookware so that all slow-flame cooking may be performed successfully, for example stews, sauces or
reheated dishes.
