This mode is very useful for proving dough (made with yeast) before baking. It provides a constant
temperature of 40°C (which cannot be modified) to help bread, buns, brioches and pizza dough
rise...
This particular mode provides the ideal setting for the leavening process of dough.
Place the dough on the baking tray on rack 2.
Dough proving
When proving is complete, turn
F
back to "0" to turn the oven off.
Set
F
to position . The pre-set temperature of 40° is displayed briefly.
