This mode is especially recommended for baking tarts, quiches and the like. Pastry bases are baked

to perfection while the filling remains soft and tender.

Use the baking tray on rack 2.

We recommend you pre-heat the oven before placing your dish in it.

When baking is complete, turn

back to "0" to turn the oven off.

Set

to position . The pre-set temperature is displayed for a few seconds: in this case

220°C.

Wait until the oven has pre-heated (a series of beeps will sound) before placing your dish

inside it. To find out if pre-heating is done, turn

and the display

C will flash until the

temperature is reached and stops flashing and stays on when pre-heating is done.
