We recommend you pre-heat the oven.
Bake on the baking tray on rack 2.
This mode is particularly suitable for bread and buns (containing yeast or baking powder). In
fact, it helps prevent the dough from drying and favours rising before the surface becomes gol-
den and crusty: just like in a bakery.
Pizza/Bread baking
Set

to position . The pre-set temperature is displayed for a few seconds: in this case 160°C.
Wait until the oven has pre-heated (a series of beeps will sound) before placing your dish
inside it. To find out if pre-heating is done, turn
P
: the display

C will flash until the
temperature is reached and stops flashing and stays on when pre-heating is done.

When baking is complete, turn
F
back to "0" to turn the oven off.
