Rotisserie

This cooking mode is especially suited to roasting on the spit with the oven door shut.

The meat rotates slowly, browning evenly until it is cooked all the way through.

Use the dripping pan on rack 1 to catch any cooking juices or fat, and place the rotisserie support

on rack 3.

It is best to start with a cold oven.

Note

When cooking is complete, turn

back to "0" to turn the oven off.

The pre-set temperature is displayed for a few seconds: in this case 270°C.
