If your oven releases a lot of smoke

• Make sure you have selected the correct cooking mode for the type of dish you want to prepare

and that you have selected the right accessories and put the dish in the oven at the recommended

rack height.

• Also check the temperature displayed: it may be too high for the dish you are cooking.

• Check the degree of soil of the oven, and whether the latter needs to be cleaned. Food resi-

due encrusted onto the enamel coating inside the oven becomes charred and creates both

smoke and pungent smells.

If the fan stays on when cooking is done:

• Do not be surprised if the fan continues to operate even after you have turned the oven off. It

will stop automatically once the oven has cooled down sufficiently.

If the oven does not heat up:

• Check:

- that your oven is not in demo mode (see below),

- that the fuses have not blown,

- that the circuit breaker is not enabled,

- that there has not been a power failure due to the mains network.

If the problem persists, contact your local retailer or an authorised after-sales service centre.

Autotest

Your oven is fitted with an autotest. If an anomaly is detected, the temperature display flashes

and indicates a two-digit code (ex :

ER00ER00

ER00).

For all other error codes, contact your local retailer or an authorised after-sales service centre.

Do not forget to tell them:

• your appliance's commercial code and serial number. This information can be found on the

guarantee certificate.

• the code displayed and the mode in use.

Demo mode

To switch your oven to demo mode, press knob

for 20 seconds until you hear the beep.

Release the knob during the beep and keep clicking it (5-6 times) until

OFF POFF P

OFF P. appears. This

display lasts 5 seconds, then disappears.

Your appliance is in demo mode, which is why it won't heat.

To disable the demo mode, press knob

for 20 seconds until you hear the beep. Release the

knob during the beep and keep clicking it (5-6 times) until

ON PON P

ON P. appears. This display lasts 5

seconds, then disappears.

The heating elements will function again.
