Roasting
This cooking mode is particularly suitable for red or white meats, au gratin dishes, etc. We recommend
you use the pre-set temperature for roasts.
Use the dripping pan on rack 1 and place your meat directly onto a grid on rack 2.
It is best to start with a cold oven.
Note
When roasting is complete, turn
F
back to "0" to turn the oven off.

to position . The pre-set temperature is displayed for a few seconds: in this case 210°C.
